COMPLIMENTS OF THE SEASON

Dear Esteemed University Community,

As we approach the joyous season of Christmas, I extend heartfelt greetings to each member of our diverse and vibrant University family. Christmas is a time of reflection, gratitude, and celebration; a time when we come together as friends and family to cherish the values that bind us as a community.

In the spirit of this festive season, let us take a moment to reflect on the achievements and milestones we have collectively reached throughout the year most prominent among others is the November/December hosting of the National Universities Commission and other regulatory agencies for the accreditation of 57 programmes in our prestigious institution for the first time in our history. It was not easy even on the path of our beloved students but a worthy venture. I must sincerely say, your dedication and sacrifices to the attainment of this academic excellence, other research endeavours, and community engagement have undoubtedly contributed to the overall growth and success of our dear University.

Christmas reminds us of the importance of compassion, kindness, and generosity. Let us carry these virtues forward into the new year, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for learning and personal development. As we celebrate with our loved ones, let’s also extend a helping hand to those in need, embodying the true spirit of Christmas.
